Westfield Sydney City

The Westfield Sydney City Project was a significant redevelopment in the heart of Sydney's CBD, integrating three existing structures into a single homogenous retail center. This project included the transformation of the former Centrepoint, Imperial Arcade, and Skygarden into a unified retail center, along with the remodelled 100 Market Street office tower and a new 27-story office tower at 85 Castlereagh Street. The project was awarded a 5 Star Green Star – Retail Centre v1 rating, representing 'Australian Excellence' in sustainable design.
