Parkline Place is a 39-storey commercial tower located immediately above the northern entrance of the new Gadigal Station in Sydney. It is part of the transformative Pitt Street over-station development and midtown’s first new commercial office tower in over a decade. The tower seamlessly integrates transport, culture, and commerce, offering 49,000 square metres of flexible office workspace and retail framed by panoramic views of Hyde Park, Sydney Harbour, and Town Hall. The building's design by Foster + Partners pays homage to Sydney’s sandstone heritage, featuring a bronze-toned facade and a soaring triple-height lobby with lush garden terraces. Parkline Place is net zero in operation, targeting WELL Platinum and 6 Star Green Star ratings.
